  • Gin & Tonic - 189 cal per 7 oz.
  • Vodka & Juice (OJ or Cran) - 208 cal per 7 oz.
  • Margarita - 327 cal per 6.3 oz.
  • Rum & Coke - 361 cal per 12 oz.
Now just think how many calories you ingest on a night out with the gang?
